We invite you to join us for weekly meditations on Wednesdays – to enter into the stillness of the heart together in community.
Session format includes:

- Silent meditation and prayer (30 minutes)
- Short spiritual reading and reflection (15 minutes)
Please join us online Wednesday mornings at 6am Pacific Time. People of all levels of experience are welcome.
Program offered at no charge. Donations are gratefully received.
